All search requests must be lawful, justified, and supported by a verifiable legal purpose before any information can be released. Acceptable purposes include, but are not limited to, pending lawsuits, active civil or criminal proceedings, or other legally recognized matters. Additional documentation may be required to substantiate the legitimacy of the request. Such documentation may include a driver’s license or state-issued ID, police report, accident or incident report, court order, proof of lien, or other legally relevant records.

Requestors must provide their full identifying information, the subject’s information (or all available details), and a clear statement of the legal basis for the search. The requestor’s name and address must match the documentation

submitted for the underlying legal matter. If payment is made by credit card, the name on the card must match the requestor’s name.

Please be advised that, due to the sensitive nature of the information involved, we exercise strict measures to safeguard the privacy of all subjects. We will not release information in response to any request that appears malicious, unjustified, or intended to cause reputational harm. All requests are subject to verification and may be denied if compliance standards are not met.
